TORTELLINI WITH CHICKEN, TOMATO SOUCE AND BASIL ! TORTELLINI CU CARNE DE PUI, SOS DE ROSII SI BUSUIOC

Se pune apa la fiert, se adauga sare, iar cand apa clocoteste se pun tortellini preparati dupa indicatiile de mai sus si se fierb al dente. Se lasa la scurs intr-o strecuratoare. Intre timp, se pune uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie incapatoare, se adauga 2 catei de usturoi taiat feliute foarte subtiri si se caleste timp de maxim un minut, atat cat usturoiul sa dezvolte aroma specifica. Se pune sosul de rosii si se condimenteaza cu fulgi de ardei iute, piper negru macinat si sare. Cand sosul clocoteste, se adauga tortellini bine scursi de apa. Se gatesc impreuna, amestecand usor, timp de 2-3 minute, atat cat sosul sa imbrace bine tortellini. Se portioneaza pe farfurii individuale si se asezoneaza cu busuioc verde tocat.
